This is a 6 month kickstart placement which is only open to candidates who are 16-24 years old, who are out of work and claiming universal credit.
This will provide a hands-on opportunity to work in media production within an organisation with wide range of disciplines – ranging from events and education to marketing and exhibitions.
The post holder will have the opportunity to use their existing skills to film and edit video, take photographs, and support the planning and execution of a range of media-based projects.
By the time your placement is complete at The Tank Museum, we expect you will have gained valuable experience and new skills alongside a refreshed portfolio of work. You will have a more compelling CV with hands-on experience in a media production environment.
Expertise and proficiency in these areas, along with strong organisation and excellent communications skills are essential. This post would suit a candidate who has q qualification in this area and is looking to gain some real work experience.
